I wanted to explore my imagination again and this is what came out of it.

17 - Tajemný kámen

Even though I tried really hard and I repainted the stone two times, it isn’t the result I would desire. I mean it’s not that bad, it’s just the weird angle which makes the stone looks like from another world… Hey, that doesn’t sound that bad 😀 But what I really like is the tree branch which I think it’s the most realistic part of the painting. Also, the flowers are nice 🙂

However, visualization is still not my strong side, and transferring vivid ideas on the canvas is not easy. But I’m working on it, and I feel I’m making progress with each stroke so at least that’s something positive 🙂

This was one of the paintings for which I didn’t have a plan, and it’s interesting to watch where my mind can take me 🙂 As always, it was a funny and exciting adventure. And I can’t wait for another one 🙂

  1. Yes, the branch is realistic, but I like your rock with the plants growing up through the crevices. I imagine myself walking into a field. Something catches my eye.
“What an unusual rock,” I say to myself, “Maybe it’s that space rock everyone’s been trying to find.”
“Should I try to pick it up and turn it in to the authorities?” I ponder.
For some reason, I can’t bring myself to do it. The rock seems to have made a home for itself. Who am I to disturb such a tranquil scene?
